Dear Dr. Yeung,
I found out a couple of things in recovery yesterday after my injection that prompted me to write this heartfelt this e-mail.
First of all, I wish you a happy belated birthday. I hope you got to experience some happiness and joy yesterday.
Second, I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you, Chris, and your family for the passing of your beloved Mother.
Please know that as you and your family are grieving, I and I am sure most of your patients, are celebrating her life. As she is the reason that you chose this career path and have become so successful, that has made my life and all of your patients lives better. Through your Mother you have made such an impact in this world; it is immeasurable. So, I am extremely grateful for her life and what she had to endure that made your work possible.
I want to personally thank you for your dedication in continuing to serve and treat your patients including me on such a difficult and important day. As always, you performed as the incredible doctor, compassionate man, and the utmost professional with a touch of humor yesterday. If not for the staff at the surgical facility, I would have never known the personal tragedy you were suffering through at the time.
As I have said before, Dr. Yeung, you are my angel and I thank God for you and for your Mother. May God bless her and your family in this difficult time.
