I wanted to give you a full report on my back 12 months after the surgery.
The first 3-4 months my back pain was about 70% better than before. I started having periods where I felt my back actually relaxed and felt pretty comfortable. During this time I started strength training.
Six to seven months later I felt like my back pain was even better, and I was comfortable sitting at work and home for long stretches. (Before surgery, I was constantly adjusting myself to find a more comfortable position.)
Months 8-12, I was able to ramp up my exercise and strength training to the point where I was before the back Injury. I had got to the point where I was playing basketball against current college players and doing more than just holding my own. Not to brag, but the scorekeeper said I had 38 points.
I just wanted to thank you for taking away my back pain and giving me the ability to live and exercise without pain. Before the surgery I was having all kinds of nerve irritation down my leg, and sitting, walking, or standing was very uncomfortable. I have recommended you to several friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. I cannot thank you enough.
