Chad White has extensive clinical and surgical experience in orthopedics and spine surgery, having practiced since 1998. He graduated with his Masters Degree from the Arizona School for Health Sciences.
As a previous quarterback at ASU and the Arizona Rattlers, Mr. White enjoys helping professional athletes and the weekend sports enthusiast get back to living an active life.
When not working, he enjoys the outdoors, piano, sports, and time with family.
