If you have additional questions, you can pass them on to our staff, and they will get answers to help you make the best decision moving forward. A follow-up discussion can be scheduled with our surgeon at a fraction of the initial cost of the second opinion.

If you are cancelling your Virtual Second Opinion within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund will be processed. If you are requesting a cancellation of your Virtual Second Opinion after 24 hours from your payment, a 50% refund will be processed.
